At The Lampe Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices. If your new lighting doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package with Care

  Place the lamp in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cords, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned fixture, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
